Planning/quote process

During the planning/quote process, we confirm details of your request and the availability of services. The content of what is included and excluded (for example, meals, transfers, insurance, local assistance, equipment rental, or other elements) is finalized in the confirmed quote and/or contracting documents.

  • What is included: those items explicitly stated in the confirmed quote/booking documents.
  • What is excluded: items not explicitly stated in the confirmed quote/booking documents.
  • If you have special requirements, they should be discussed and confirmed in writing before contracting.

Mandatory pre-contract information (online contracting)

We identify ourselves as the seller/service provider for online commerce and provide information needed for consumer identification before/at contracting.

For distance contracting, we provide mandatory pre-contract information and identify the business in a consumer-comprehensible form.
