• Trip-related details you provide for ski-holiday planning (e.g., preferred dates, number of travelers, and other travel preferences).

• Device and usage data, if we use analytics/trackers that identify or may identify you (e.g., log data, identifiers, page activity).

2) How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

• provide ski-holiday planning and quote requests;
• communicate with you about your request and contract-related matters;
• manage bookings and service delivery where applicable;
• improve our website and services;
• handle consumer complaints and disputes.

We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis under applicable Ukrainian law. Where cookies/trackers collect or identify personal data, we obtain a valid legal basis/consent where required and describe the processing in this policy.

This policy is provided in connection with distance contracting in online travel booking and quoting.

4) Seller/service provider identification (online commerce)

If you are contracting online, the Company identifies itself so that you can determine the seller/service provider before and at contracting. The Company’s obligations are provided in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" №675-VIII від 03.09.2015, стаття 7.

5) Mandatory pre-contract information (distance contracting)

For distance contracting, we provide mandatory pre-contract information, and identify the business in a consumer-comprehensible form, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" №3153-IX від 10.06.2023, стаття 17.

6) How we handle consumer complaints and disputes

If you have complaints or disputes, you should first contact the Company through the procedure described below (email/phone). This is provided in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" №3153-IX від 10.06.2023, стаття 39.

7) Data sharing

We may share personal data with service providers acting on our instructions (for example, hosting, communications, booking-related fulfillment) to the extent necessary for providing services. We do not sell your personal data.
